May exclude taxes, detention, demurrage, inspection, storage, or additional handling charges unless specifically mentioned

5. Shipment Delays & Liability

While we strive to ensure timely service, BIFPL shall not be held liable for delays or losses caused by:

Weather conditions
Port congestion
Customs inspections
Government restrictions
Carrier or airline disruptions
Force majeure events

Any liability, if applicable, shall be limited as per contractual agreements and applicable laws.
